Java Developer for Insurance Software
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Type: Full-time
Team: Engineering
Work model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (initially 100% on-site)
Start: Immediately
Salary: from 2,800 EUR (based on the skills and experience)
About the project
We have been developing reliable software for insurance companies in Slovakia for more than 15 years. We are a stable team of 30 members.
What you will do
- Design and development of scalable microservices using Java
- Contributing to solutions for mission-critical systems in the insurance sector, including ongoing software architecture improvements
What we expect
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Understanding of microservices architecture (e.g. Spring Boot)
- Git, JIRA, build tools (Maven / Gradle)
- RESTful APIs, JSON, XML
- 2+ years’ experience in application development
