These terms govern your use of the whitestein.com website ("Site") operated by Whitestein Technologies AG ("Whitestein", "we"). They do not cover engagement with our software or professional services, which are governed by separate written agreements.
By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- use the Site in any way that violates applicable Swiss, EU, or local law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, related systems, or networks;

- reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written consent.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, text, source code, and design elements on the Site are the property of Whitestein Technologies AG or its licensors and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual-property law. No licence is granted by your use of the Site other than the limited right to view content for personal or internal business purposes.
4. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Whitestein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive venue is Zug, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue under your local law.
