We have been developing reliable software for insurance companies in Slovakia for more than 15 years. We are a stable team of 30 members.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of our IT solutions and services.

In this role, you will connect business priorities with IT execution, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and oversee delivery from planning through implementation and operation. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and company leadership.

What you will do

Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of IT solutions and services
Act as the main delivery contact for customer stakeholders and build trusted, long-term relationships
Understand customer priorities and translate them into clear delivery plans and commitments
Coordinate software development teams, Project Managers, product experts, and other delivery participants
Ensure that agreed scope and deliverables are completed on time and at the expected level of quality
Manage delivery plans, priorities, team capacity, risks, dependencies, and changes
Provide customers with clear and regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
Coordinate releases and support the successful implementation of our software products in the customer’s environment
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and increase the value we provide to our customers

What we expect

3+ years of experience in IT delivery management, software project management, or a similar customer-facing role
Proven experience delivering software products or complex IT solutions to external customers
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations and build trusted relationships
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with development teams
Ability to manage delivery plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and changes across multiple workstreams
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership

Nice to have

Experience delivering software solutions in the insurance or financial services sector
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery management tools
Technical background or the ability to understand and discuss software architecture and integration topics
